Items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase with original gift box, unworn (no damage or signs of wear allowed), and receipt. Custom jewelry and altered jewelry is non-refundable or exchangeable, including sizing's. Layaways and Custom jewelry require a 20% deposit and a monthly payment. At our discretion only, layaways may be cancelled in the event of special circumstances. In such case, a cancellation fee of $50 can be charged, with the remaining balance issued as store credit only. During repairs, liability for any damage or loss of items shall be limited to actual cost to repair or replace the items to the client. Hoosier Jewelry shall not be held responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewelry at time of receipt; altered, treated, or enhanced diamonds or colored stones; and/or pieces that are unmarked or marked incorrectly. Hoosier Jewelry is not responsible for repair items left beyond 90 days. Any repair items left at this store past 90 days will become the property of this store. Hoosier Jewelry will polish, clean and steam your jewelry and check the settings free of charge and recommend this be done every 6 months. All of this work is performed at our jewelry store and not shipped out. Hoosier Jewelry not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning. For watch repair, replacement of watch battery does not guarantee function or water resistance and battery life is not guaranteed.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
hoosierjewelry.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
