Yes, we can clean sterling silver, gold, and platinum jewelry. We use an ultrasonic machine to soak the jewelry in and soften dirt and debris. Then, finish the cleaning with a hot pressure steam clean. As your jewelry is getting cleaned in about 10 minutes, feel free to browse our inventory.

We replace watch bands and batteries at our store while you wait. Watch battery replacements are $10 and include a member of our staff to replace the battery for you. We provide Energizer Lithium batteries as replacements.

Yes, we have an on staff full-time jeweler. All repairs are done in-house at our store. We specialize in ring sizing, re-tipping prongs, chain repair, new clasps, diamond and gemstone settings of all types and shapes, shank repair, or replacement.

Yes, we offer pearl restringing. This is one service we do not provide in house and must send to one of our manufacturers. This process typically takes approximately 3 weeks from drop off to pick up.

Ye, we can size jewelry of a precious metal type (gold, platinum, sterling silver). The pricing on this can range depending on the shape, style, and how the diamonds/gemstones are set. Along with certain precious stones that can’t undergo torch heat, have to be handled with extra care. Feel free to stop by our store any time to get a price on sizing your ring.

Yes, we buy gold and coins based on the gold market pricing. The pricing of scrap gold fluctuates throughout each day and our offer may go up or down daily as well.

Yes, we do appraisals for insurance purposes. Depending on the insurance company they may require your appraisal to be updated every 3-5 years. Our appraisals are $55 an item. Bridal sets and earring pairs are considered 1 item. We can also provide verbal value pricing for items that a client may be wanting to sell in an estate. We typically don’t charge for basic verbal values. We appraise new jewelry from our store over $1,000 at no charge.

Citizen watches come with a 5-year warranty on the movement. If Citizen cannot fix the watch, they will replace the watch at no cost.

We offer a 1-year warranty on our jewelry from normal wear and tear. Sometimes a diamond or stone can fall out and we do not catch it in the ultrasonic machine while cleaning. We will do our best to replace the missing stones at no cost to you. If it is believed the jewelry is damaged from something other than normal wear, we will work with you to come up with the best affordable price to replace/fix your jewelry.

Yes, we can offer financing through One Main Financial. A member from our staff can work with you to set up the best terms and rates to help put you in the best financial position possible.

Yes, we offer an interest free layaway program. Our Layaways require 20% down payment and the remaining typically starts at a 6-month term. You can always pay the layaway off sooner with no penalties. If a longer term or shorter term is needed, our staff will work with you however needed.

Yes, we offer permanent jewelry at our store. Permanent Jewelry is by appointment only and we have a designated page for the styles and booking link. Permanent Jewelry is the process of laser welding a chain/bracelet style on your ankle, wrist, or neck. The chain is connected by a small jump ring or O-ring (Gold or Silver). In return the word permanent comes from not having a clasp to remove the jewelry.
